The interior in Anantara Spa has a humbling simple look that radiates a peaceful coziness. Located on the top floor of the Anantara Hotel, the spa reception is situated in an open relaxed area overlooking the hotel and grounds. There are four rooms in total, two for couple’s massages and two for individual massages, each with a huge window and when clear, a beautiful view of the mountains. Each room has it’s own shower so you can have the full treatment within the comfort of your own room.

FEEL
The Hot Stone Massage is one of the newest body treatments they offer. The treatment embraces a traditional Balinese massage with the addition of hot stones and comprises of a five-minute refreshing flower foot bath with sea salt and peppermint extract, an aromatic traditional massage with a selection of massage oils to choose from, and hot stones gently placed on different sections of your body as you receive the most tender yet firm massage with the incorporation of the hot stones, taking all of your tension away. When you are receiving treatment to the front of your body, the hot stones are placed over a mask on your face creating a warm therapeutic feel.

INGREDIENTS
There are a few massage oils for you to choose, from Vanilla Magic to Vetiver Grass, and array of body scrubs, lulurs and body conditioners from Natural Yoghurt to Carrot Conditioners.

MAGIC
Each stage in the treatment has a beneficial and satisfying feel.  The sea salt in the foot bath/massage exfoliates the dead skin cells and the peppermint extract is used as an antiseptic. The full body hot stone massage lets you relax and release tension and is great for someone who is sick with a flu or cold. The massage oils and skin conditioners leave your skin feeling soft and completely refreshed.
