Roots:
Stacey Butler, better known in the dance music world as E-Cats has been playing a large part in its movement around Australia. Coming from Sydney, Stacy is one half of the very successful and still growing Glovecats dubstep duo. Aside from his solo DJ gigs and playing with DJ John Glover as Glovecats, he also puts his talents to good use in the studio. He also promotes and creates events and parties. Much more than just a talented DJ, E-Cats does his fair share in contributing to the global scene and culture.

Where You Might Have Heard him
With a solid performance last year at Eikon, E-Cats has already had the pleasure of touching down on Indonesian soil. If you’ve spent any amount of time around the scene in Australia, you’re sure to have heard of him. He’s played big time shows like Creamfields Australia, Parklife, and is a regular rock star for the famous Chinese Laundry Fridays. Glovecats have also constructed plenty of fantastic mixes, a very special one in particular being ‘Dubstep Invasion’ with Kid Kenobi.

Why See him
Not sure if you’ve received the memo yet, but dubstep has become pretty big. Aside from an arsenal of that newly beloved genre, E-Cats goes deep into other realms of anything that is solid club music and is sure to fuel a dance floor. Welcome him back to Indonesia as he embarks upon another great journey in Bali nightlife.
