1O1 Bartender Wins Contest
Vi Ai Pi and Balimoon teamed up to bring us the The Art of Bartending 2012, a contest of flair and mixology that sorted out who was a mere bartender and who was a startender. 101’s Wayan Giastra also won first place for best performance. He won second place for his Double Pleasure cocktail in the best cocktail category with only 15 seconds left in the required five minute completion time. Quick bartending is a must in the industry and the beat hates nothing more than standing around the bar waiting for a ridiculously slow bartender.
