The Kuta renaissance continues apace – the traditional Warungs with their strings of international flags and bamboo interiors are being joined by a new generation of venue – highly designed, spacious and air-conditioned.

Now the likes of Maccaroni and MBarGo have been joined by a new restaurant/bar concept called Fuel.

Fuel opened its doors for the first time last Friday night with a Soft Opening, revealing an expansive, minimalist interior with upstairs balcony and seating space galore.On the Saturday night after the opening we had the chance to try some of their menu and what we had was absolutely delicious especially a Pork Belly dish.

There were a couple of hiccups on the night but Fuel is sure to make a mark on central Kuta’s nightlife in the near future.
